Is there a clearance issue with the headers -- are they rubbing some other metal somewhere, or not fully secured?

I would take it back to where the work was done. What gasket blew?

A blown head gasket would cause the vibration and rough running.

Keep driving with a blown head gasket, and it is going to get worse. Eventually enough coolant will get into the cylinders to cause hydrolock and somecostly parts, like pistons, heads, or connecting rods, could break. You need to get yourself a service manual and start reading it. BTW, never add coolant to a hot engine, it can cause damage.
