The rotors or drums could warped due to hard use and need machining or replacement. As siw234 mentioned, you could also have a bad suspension part.

My front end does the same thing , Mine needs tierods, bushings, The reason why my front suspension is so bad is because the jackass that owned the car for only like 3 months before I bought it, drove it like hell I mean like crazy out of control fishtailing, donuts on dry pavement all that without concern or even thought of what it was doing to the car. He read the word camaro and figured you could give it all kinds of hell and never worry about it. I've already fixed the rear suspension now i gotta do the front I think for it to get fixd is about 100 bucks in parts and my dad's friend said he'd do it for me for around 25 -50 bucks.

A lot of people get confused with anti lock brakes. They feel different than a conventional set of brakes. It may not be the problem, but You should be aware of it.

Well while you're checking the rotors you can check the tie rods. Just jack the car up and play horizontally with the wheel and if it moves w/o moving the steering wheel it's your tie rods.
