Default auto theft alarm button help please

hello fellow f-body fans. i havent been on for a while cos ive been usually on camaro5 lately. im just waiting to get my car painted next week so i can post pix on here lol

but yea i need help. there is this wire with a button attached to it that when the alarm goes off i have to turn it off by pressing that button. now this button has two wires. today after the gym i noticed the button wasnt working so i checked it and one of the wires were hanging out. to use the button, i have to make sure the wire is touching what its supposed to be touching. do you guys know what im talking about? and if so, then any of you have any advice on how to fix it so one day it doesn't break completely and then be stranded cos my car doesn't want to start cos of the stupid alarm.

i have pictures. if you guys cant see them then let me know so i can post it from photobucket. thanx. i have so much lil stuff to fix on my lil v6 lol

those two wires are part of yoru factor anti theft system. yes they always break. You need to reconnect them

i forgot to mention that the black one is the one thats stickin out. like should i open the lil case for the button and try to connect the wire to where it supposed to be? or replace it or what? i dont even want the alarm. i wana remove it lol its kinda annoying. its not the regular alarm. i dont have the lil controller that goes with the keys. this alarm like goes "click click click" on the inside. o i just saw what you said. reconnect them? how do i do that? i dont want to break anything. and i have the camaro firebird 1993-2002 haynes repair manual if that helps.
