well I changed the EGR and im not having the accelerator issue any more, had it scaned and the PO756 code is coming up for the shift solenoid B. So im going to chage both A and B coming up this week when i get paid and it turns out the smoking is from a leak landing on my exhaust. The leak is being absorbed by some mud and dirt thats on the exhaust and burnning when it gets hot. Not sure where the leak is coming from might be bell housing, its a very slow leak. One problem down now to the shifting problem

theres no fluid transfer between the engine ant the trans so the bell doesnt leak...

Unless his rear seal is leaking. Which would also be a possible cause of his shifting problems.

I changed out shift solenoid A and B, still having same problem can get it to 40mph in second gear then to 30mph in 1st gear after stopping and so on. Im not having any acceleration issues in park anymore and idles much better because of EGR change. Im proble going to have to suck it up and tow it to a shop to have it fixed, oh well bring on the money.

are your brake rotors really hot after the car does this, your abs may be malfunctioning and applying the brakes as you speed up.

I didnt think about that mabey, I can never get 2nd gear to wind out all the way only makes it to 40mph no matter how hard I floor it. Then its down hill from there if i slow the car down or come to a complete stop usually only gets to 30mph max in first gear with accelerater floored wont shift back to 2nd. Codes PO300, PO300PD, PO756PD, PO155 last check was after i changed EGR a few days ago, need to check with friends reader again i guess

abs codes wont show on a aftermarket scanner, need one that is for abs and as far as i know dealer shops are the only place with the bucks to buy.

I'm new in this gathering. I have a few inquiries regarding this gathering. These inquiries are displayed under:

https://camaroforums.com/forum/93-02...e-fixes-86422/

My inquiry is about this thread. On the off chance that you have any data about this string. Tell me beneath. I'm extremely confounded about that.
