Okay i have a 9six chevy camaro, I think the BCM may be bad, theres no map lights,no glove box light,no dome light and i used a fuse tester and found my IP dimmer is getting no power. The only lights that come on are the little light in the door handle,instrument cluster lights,ash tray light,radio and all exterior lights. Am i right about the bcm being bad and what does the IP dimmer do

 

Check fuse #8 in instrument panel fuse box.

 

all fuses are good except the ip dimmer,took out fuse and tested socket and still no power
