Default 96 camaro problems

I have a 1996 Camaro Rs 3.8 and the guy i bought it off seemed like they didnt take care of the car. Some hoes are not connected and some things are taped up and jst a mess

can anyone help me and tell me what this part is called and/or tell me where i can get it (a hoes goes on it and ones releases and the other sucks in air. it has the hoes but the hoes is way to small and i cant find the part for it).

thats one i also need a new or good used housing where the air filter goes because it seems like it is broken and i also need the clips to hold the housing together. can anyone tell me where i can find some for cheap?

It also hasahoes that that is jst dangeling and i cant find where it goes (not the hoes from the above discription)

I really need some help. thank you

Have you tried putting the tubing/hose from the second pic on the vacuum port/hole in the first pic? I just went and looked at my engine, and that looks like that would work. The line in the second pic should run to a sensor/switch which is mounted on a bracket above the passenger side valve cover.

I will go and take some pictures for you tomorrow. Let me know if there is anything else you need pics of.

Your wires look like they've been through hell and back again... Get us some more pics and explain the problem a bit better...
