cheap fram filter can fail and cause loss of pressure.

I used fram the first time then a purolator. It had the same oil pressure effect.

do like you said and change the filter and have a look see inside it.

I change the filter and got 3/4 on gauge on start and little under 1/2 when warm. With Rpm's it goes over half a bit right know.

Does the oil housing relief valve bypass the filter and go though engine or dump back in oil pan?

Ill post back when I cut old filter open.

Yeah only the filter. I went to the Purolator L24011 it longer then the L10111 so hopefully it wont clog as quick since it can filter more if thats whats happening.
