Anybody have these? When i ran open headers I WAS IN HEAVEN!!! It sounded nice and throaty like a 60 year old smoker. I got looks everwhere and loved it. The thing is that it was too loud. If i install after cat will it make a difference? Anybody install cutouts on a 3.8? Any tips? Any ideas where to buy? Also will it pass smog in cali if left closed?

just buy some cutouts and run them inline somewhere on your Y pipe before the cat. there is no room after it. they are around, you just need one. and it wont sound like it did there because the y pipe will bring it all together, its only needed to bipass the exhaust for drag racing so you wind up faster with like 2 more ponies when it comes to our 6s if i where you i would do something about your CAI air silencer bubble. thats killing you more than anything right now.
