ohh tough one. uhm i replaced mine not to long ago. i almost want to say it wouldn't matter because its a mini radiator, but dont take my word for that. if im not busy today i will look at mine unless someone else knows. if you use the stock heater lines just put them where they fit naturally thats what i did.

I usually put the in-feed on the bottom. Heat rises and this prevents the hotter water getting stuck on the top and the cooler down below. I have always done this just as my rule of thumb with no issues. I dont think it really matters so long as there is good flow and no air in the core.

Well, I get no heat at the moment. You can hear the airflow change when you switch it to heat ( I don't want someone to say use the search bar). Which line is it that goes directly from the water pump? Which line is it that comes out under the air intake?

logically you would want the hottest coolant to come in the top, it will force the colder fluid out the bottom. if you have hotter fluid come in the bottom it will rise and chances of having cooler fluid lay stagnant at the bottom are greater.

That exactly what I'm looking for craby, thanks!

On a off topic note,

The PCV(Air In) is that a actual valve, cause I have nothing there. Someone took it off before I bought the car.

Right, but what is that on the passenger side?

And I just checked my heater hose inlet, its cold. Yes, I let the thermostat open up.

thats a vent, should go from the cover to the air intake or tb. sounds like the heater core is pluged up. have you flushed it?
