1996 Camaro 3.8L-Replacing shocks, what do you recomend?
Pretty simple query, just replacing the factory shocks that were on my 1996 Camaro 3.8L, and see what you guys have used and which ones you like/dislike? Heard great things about KYB, but I've always installed Monroe Gas-Matics. Mind you these were 70s Fords, and those were LUXURY compared the oiled, OEM that were still on the car. I saw AC DELCO offered tons of options for shocks/struts, and KYB hasa few. Not looking for the whole Edelbrock EAS replacement $1,200 suspension set up, just an economical, practical upgrade.
Anyways, any help or suggestions will be appreciated!

KYB is good. This all depends on how much you consider "economical", and whether you are looking for comfort, performance, or a little of both from the shocks.
stan is 100% right on this, it really depends on what you want to accomplish. I would also check to make sure ths suspension as a whole is in good shape, check the bushings on your sway bars, new ones make a word of difference.
