1995 camaro 3.4 v6
id check your fuel pump and filter as mentioned. i had something similar happen with my car, it would bogg down and then get going, and sometimes even shut off, my collant temp sensor was bad and it was pretty much telling my car that it was cold, causing it to dump fuel into my motor, thus flooding it and causing it to bogg down and occassionally cut off
here is a update did full tune up,starter,fuel filter also put fuel system cleaner in the gas tank. the next thing will be the coil packs. thank you for all your help and i will keep you posted.
