Exclamation 1993 camaro exhaust manifold help me!

I got a 93 3.4 camaro and I'm working on taking the heads off to replace the head gasket but there is one bolt on the passenger side exhaust manifold I can't get out. That last bolt will let me take the head off so please let me know if anyone knows how to get it out it is the biggest ***** (last bolt all the way towards the firewall) and also the flange after that I can't get out cuz I don't have a lift so I'm trying to do this with a jack and I really can't get in there so plz if you have any idea plz let me know thx!

Jack your car up and put on jack stands then put the jack on the k member and put some pressure on it then undo the 3 bolts on each side of the k member and drop the engine 3 or 4 inches. More room and it won't be so tight to the firewall.
