Good choice? I'm pretty sure the stock **** (I just bought the leather "H" ****) will fit that one.

Ok, sorry for my constant supply of questions, haha. But, I have an opportunity to buy a shifter for the T56 for $75, brand new in the box. Problem is, I don't know if it will fit or not. I think it was bought originally for a 2003 Mustang Cobra. It's just the shifter mechanism with no handle. Here's some pics:

I don't see why that wouldn't work but if I were you, I'd stay away from it. You're better off getting one specifically for your car that will also have a warranty.
