Clutch/Transmission Noise

Clutch/Transmission Noise
Got my newly rebuilt lt1 together, installed new clutch, machined flywheel, throwout bearing, pilot bearing, and slave and master cylinder.
Bled everything last night and clutch pedal felt great.
Drove it up the drive way (its quite long), and worked good for the first pass but then when shifting I heard a clunk coming from the transmission area.
Once car was stopped and just idling you can hear almost a clunking/chatter coming from the transmission area. When clutch is depressed in it goes away.
Any thoughts?
I was thinking maybe the shift fork became loose?
Thanks
Steve

While sitting here at work I had another quick question.
On the new throwout bearing the shaft where the fork would ride on kinda has a point on it (ie its not fully round) Is there a certain spot that that point should go in relation to the clutch fork?
