Ok so it feels kinda spongy. I guess I need to bleed the system to fix that? What is the proper way to do that? Any ideas? Also I was told to dump the dot3 brake fluid in my clutch system and upgrade to dot4 because it has a higher boiling point. Any ideas? Also that adjustment you were talking about seems like one issue on mine because my clutch is brand new and the pedal still has to come 3/4 of the way out for it to engage.

Ok so this is what I found:

Read more: How to Adjust the Clutch in a Chevy Camaro | eHow.com http://www.ehow.com/how_4484774_adju...#ixzz15zBZfJwA

Where are the slave and master cylinders and how hard are they to remove and replace?

the master is on the firewall near the master for the brakes and the slave is bolted to the trans on the driver side and pushes on the fork

T5 is basicly the same since 83. The bell housing and clutch have changed several times. My 96 is nothing like the 95. My throw out bearing\slave cylinder is inside the bell housing and it can be bleed.

Chaotic, Where did you get this clutch? what make is it? I have read a lot of posts from people who where very unhappy with OEM style clutchs.
