Im lookin at getting a set for my camaro but what should i get Bolt on or weld in? The set that is two rails one for either side or the set up that looks like an H with the cross bar and the drive shaft strap? Any suggestions?

If you have easy access to a welder, do as the other guys said and get the weld in ones. if you don't have access, just get the bolt-ins and you can always have them welded in later, for extra added strength
