Default motor guy needs help with suspension!

Wuts up guys?! Ok as the title of the thread indicates. I've works on motors and things related in this area and I've done almost nothing when it came to suspension. No the issue is not with my Camaro. It's with my little 90 Toyota pick up that I use for work. The front end has begun to shake pretty bad when I get it up over 40mph. About 2 weeks ago I noticed a "thump" when I would pull out of my driveway and that's when the shaking began. Not to bad at first but has progressed over the next few days. Now it's to the point where I have to fix it or park it. I checked all of the bushings and ball joints on the truck and it appears that the driver side upper a-arm bushings are gone. There is no rubber what so ever in the bushing and I'm pretty certain that is where my issue is. As stated I've never replaced anything in regards to suspension so it's about time I learned. I know it's not rocket science but I would like to get any tips and pics or a link to website that can make this project easier. Sorry for the long post and I appreciate any info given.
