Lol we don't like THAT far away...haha. I'm hoping for a good run this spring/summer. I want to finally get some times on her. What was your 1/4 time? That way I know what to beat

Haha wow...yeah I dunno if we can hit 13s...I'm staying pessimistic about her times.

Yeah you could most likely. No stops and about 85-90 I could prolly get there in 6. With the GT1 cam, I dunno if you could nab 13s or not. I was running an ARH cam and a whole lot more mods than you with a 3500 stall and only broke 14 like 4 times lol. I also ported my own heads at the local CNC machine shop. Worked pretty good as far as I'm concerned lol.

I have the GT1 cam. I'm only expecting somewhere in the 15s. That tune definitely gave me more horses, it was easily felt. But I also have no idea really how much it gave. I did a test launch with it and jumped quickly to around 65-70 mph, but my speedo was only reading 45...lack of gears really made a huge difference there. I didn't get a lot of engine work done like I had wanted originally because the machine shop told me it wasn't 'worth it' and wouldn't do anything for me. So I didn't do anything. Turns out they just suck at their jobs and didn't want to bother with my engine.

Ah you'll make 14s on a cam for sure. Have no fear. I went 14.5 on bolt ons only lol.

My engine was a complete rebuild including being acid washed, decked, and honed so I'm sure that helped a bit haha.

Lol well that's good to know. It would be nice to hit 14s. They were suppose to do all that cleaning to my block...but didn't. I wasn't feeling up to arguing with them even more at the time, so I just paid what I owed and left. Needless to say, I will NEVER go back to them or recommend them again. So I have to find another good performance shop around here when I go to do my turbo build.

I really enjoyed reading this thread. That's a great looking car you have there. If you don't mind me asking, how much was your total build cost? And where did you get those pink wire looms?

Total was a little over $3K. I got my wire looming off of ebay through a 'store' that's somewhat close by here.
