Hm, possibly good news? That tick might not be a lifter. Some RTV around the EGR looks crumbled and worn off. I wasn't able to find a gasket for it during the rebuild, so maybe there's a leak there?

PCMforLess tune was not successful. The stock PCM was put back in for now. Most of what I had requested done was not done. Although the exhaust smells better because she's not running so rich anymore, my nice firm shifts were taken away, my idle is the same, and I did not receive a sticker like I asked...so Case is calling tomorrow to talk to them about it. I'm not thrilled on how smooth it is either. I know that's just what the tune is suppose to do, but I got used to the roughness. Also the speedo was off, but that's because I had it tuned for 3.90 gears, which I don't have yet. But it was reading like 5-10 mph slow. I'm mostly not happy about the idle and my shifts. According to Case, I practically had a racing style shift, that's how firm they were. And I loved it. I'm putting insurance back on the Bomber tomorrow and probably will drive that a little more until the intake situation gets sorted out.

Haha, I considered that since she was super smoothed out by the tune. And I don't like her smooth. Unplugging the EGR did feel a little more rough, but it felt like it was causing her to lag more. I've gotten used to being kinda jumbled around, I just don't care for a smooth feeling car anymore.
