Well I took it to the track last weekend and turned constant 14.0xx. I tried so hard to break 13s stock untuned but no luck finishing out with a 14.001 as my best time :P Hopefully a tune will get me there. A stall converter would help too.

Oh a higher stall t.c. would help big time. I could hear your engine rpm's bog down quite a bit off the line.

 

Socom good job on the swap. Having been involved on a 96 V6 to 2000 LS1 I know the work involved.

Caotic... um... There is alot more involved in the swap if you use a 97 as the doner. Just trust me here! Have I ever steered you the wrong way?

Well recently I added the racetronix hotwire kit to my car and a 160* thermostat. I should be getting a tune here shortly...

 

Still not tuned yet, but I did manage to break 13s last night on my vette wheels! My E.t. was 13.9 @ 100 mph. If I get the converter I should be able to see low 13s easily.
