I agree, the wades look way sleeker.

Thanks all, yeah, I've decided to ditch the covers. Looks meaner without them. Anyone interested in buying they are in the classifieds.

I like the probeams. They give it that headlight look while still being a tinted cover. Either way, the wades lenses are fugly lol. Either run without covers or use the probeams.

Latest pics. Refinished the headlight area (again) after ditching the headlight covers. Car desperately needs an SS hood.

Finally sold my truck, freed up some cash. Next up is a full magnaflow exhaust, headers and high flow cat. Then I address the paint.

How did you do that to your tail lights? The left one on my 97 is completely ruined by water infiltrating the lens so im debating buying a new stock left tail light for over $50 online or just by new tail lights all together because i want the tinted look. I like the look of yours, how did you do that?

Nightshaded them. Taped off the backups. I got a set of taillights from the local pull a part for $15 each. I just scuffed them with 1500 grit wet sandpaper the put 4 coats of nightshade on them. Came out darker than i wanted. Probably should have only done 2 coats.
