But you can put a dizzy in place of the drive if you were to put together a non-computerized engine.
Distributors drive the oil pump. This engine doesn't have a distributor, so it just needs the pump drive portion....and then the cap because it doesn't have a distributor.

Yeah, when those oil pump drives leak, they can gush out a lot of oil.

Remounted my tweeters. They used to be in the doors where one would have power window switches. Since mine is all manual windows and locks I had them there but they never looked quite right. Went to the salvage yard and bought blanks to put back in there and mounted the tweeters in the a-pillars. Made me realize that I need to recover my dash with vinyl again. It's starting to peal at the sides. What do ya guys think about the new location??

Another thing I want to ask is how many of you noticed that the passengers side tweeter sits about a half inch further away from the windshield than the drivers side tweeter? I may leave it like that just because I'd have to buy another a-pillar cover to redo it. Also, I know they sit crooked. They're both blown tweeters. I ordered new ones and ill make sure they're straight when they go in. I just mounted my blown ones to make sure they'd fit right and look good.

The spacing to the windshield didn't look too different in the pic. The drivers side tweeter however is noticeably closer vertically to the dash pad than the passenger side is. I dunno how you can go out in public with it looking that way!
Seriously, I wouldn't let it bother me, certainly not worth a "re-do".

It looks like it has more space on the top and bottom of the tweeter than the driver side has lol. That's why it seemed to be further from the windshield haha
