How do you get around the airbag not throwing a code?

The wheel adds a nice touch. Gotta say, you have good taste.

I took the airbag light out you can do it the right way and just put a resistor in the airbag pigtail and it will bypass the drivers side airbag and the passengers side will still work you'll need a 2.2ohm-6ohm resistor. Anything between will work too. But I couldn't find one here in town so I just pulled the light

No mines a Pioneer DEH-6300UB. Probably the same layout though. Pioneer and JVC like to use the same stuff lol

You do understand you have to put it back if you ever sell the car... 100% illegal to sell it without. EVEN IF you notify the buyer.

Yeah I know. If I sell it, I'll put the bulb back in and put the old steering wheel back it lol

You know If you get in an accident your insurance won't cover you for removing a safety feature.

Your auto insurance doesn't cover your own bodily injuries in a crash, only other people you might injure.
Your health insurance is what covers yourself.
