I like the new exhaust just a lil better than the old. You're gonna need to install drop-down mirrors to the underside of the car. It's perty!

im curious, does the y-pipe go to the cat or cancel it out. i see you have the cated y pipe. wasnt sure if ya just needed to add some pipe to it or just hook it up to the rest of the exhaust.

well its supposed to match up with the exhaust where the cat did so it does away with it. ill see. the 93 is an unusauall car and is not like any other in many ways so the headers are not a simple bolt on and go. im leaning toward not recomending the emmision kooks for the 93. the egr system is way different so im tryin to piece it together. i think i found a egr pipe that will fit but wont know till i get it. then i gotta figure how to get the air pump hooked to the other fittings. learning more than i want about it. lol

i took the intake off the old motor so the lift would have no way to damge and found the gunk was back. i had cleaned it out pretty good when i changed the intake and it looks the same as it was before. were the heck did it come from.

Eeeeew, that's pretty bad. What kinda oil were you using? Do you do more short run or stop and go driving as opposed to highway cruising?

i change the oil every 3k and use penzoil, tried the purple stuff once. the motor was abused when i got it. gaskets are hard as a rock so im assuming its been overheated and by the looks of it, run without changing oil. it looked just like that when i changed the intake about 6 months ago and i cleaned all the lose stuff out. i am surprised that it all came back. busted three exhaust bolts off getting the exhaust off. not sure what im gona do with it. i was thinking stroke it and save for a rainy day. lol

I was going to ask if you ever overheated it, but I figured that's something you wouldn't let happen. That crud looks like it's baked on.
For some reason, I don't think Pennzoil is gonna ask you for an endorsement either!
You gonna learn how to do a rain dance too then?
