I had a 20% thrown on my 93 camaro in early march this year and I love it. The cops left me alone for a long time, I even got pulled over with It on but, just last week one cop noticed my car was a camaro and pulled me over and looked for everything he could ticket me for haha. He made me roll up the windows and, It turns out my tint is 15% when I paid for 20%. He also tried giving me a loud exaust ticket when my exaust is not modified at all and It does'nt even look aftermarket. haha Its going to look amazing though and, the privacy is very nice.

 

I have 20% all the way around, and the place I took it to did my back window with one piece of tint.

 

woh its been a while... have not got much done on the car this summer and from the looks of it will not be havin bucks to do much this year. tint will be the one thing ill get done. trans is still settin in my shop waitin on me to send it in. im thinking i can get it done before summer. stock trans is holding out, im takin it easy on it. going to take the 315s off the back and put 245s on for the winter. the 315s are way to squirrelly on wet roads. have a extra engine wiring harness ill be putting in sometime, i was waiting for the change to 383 stroker to switch the harness but that may not be happing for a while now.

before they go to the trash, i do still have stock z28 sway bars layin in the garage if anybody needs em, you pay shipping.

Im curious why the rear came up with the new axle, are the spring perches at different heights of is it the axle tube diameter? Just curious more than anything.

 

thanks, yah i spent alot of time in the shop over the years. built several hundred crab pots in it. tube dia is the difference. at least thats what sam told me.

 

Thats cool buddy, sounds like fun. Thats what I figured, I was just curious, so I assume this setup doesnt have all the gear noise you had with the 10 bolt?

 

wellll,,,, because the gears are aftermarket they do whine a bit. still savin to get the trans fixed.

 

got the trans sent off to patc last week to be gone though. gona add any new stuff hes came up with in the last couple years. smart tech input 3-4 clucth pack for one.

 

i just finished rebuilding the motor in my 98 3800 camaro. I was driving it down the road today when the engine service light came on. when i got home i put the hand held on it and it came back code p0300(random misfire). I also noticed that the car has a small exaust leak, but what could i do to fix this random misfire before it snowballs into a bigger problem.??? could it be injectors?coil?fuel filter?Catalytic Converter whats the best guess. im kinda short on money afer the rebuild... help
