whoo they hurt sounds like a plan ,i been puting off work on my car til the summer or sooner i hope ,need to do my front shocks an afew other things,but had family health issues with my mom ,getting better though thank God

well, i am stupid, gasket on the rear cover was on backwards. got er back on, just gotta throw some oil and coolant in it an make sure its not leaking anymore.

filled fluids and run her up to temp. no leaks at all so now to get the trans back in. havent done it for a few years by myself and am finding i cant throw em around like i used to. maybe its cause its full of oil,,, lol.

good then ,yes unless you got a lift i used to throw them around too old cadillac trans too,now me an my friend do it when its a trans job wich we only had one so far ,we put on 4 jack stands all the way up then use the low profile jack with a plate to get it within an inch ,used do the old push up in place then have to set it down couse forgot the bolt for both sides lol those were the days i can do it still but choose not too

got her pretty much put back together, broke the dang shift cable, hung up on the trans when it slipped off the jack and busted so 50 bucks for oem cable,,, crab... runs great, no leaks, heater in it cooks. so far so good.
