i would say you dont have brake lights and i belive the transmission uses info from the switch.

 

Well I've been driving the car around all day with no problems. I traced the wire back to the DRL Module. So what ever it does its in there. I have one of the connectors on the DRL unplugged because it was retarded and killing my battery. So idk. car runs fine so i guess i solved the problem.
