Sorry if this has posted once already I am new on here and couldn't find my post

anyway I have a 1993 camaro with the 3.4 v6 5 spd and where the turn signal switch is if you remove both the little covers on the steering colume you can see where it looks like there may have been a braket or something to hold the rod for the dimmer switch but what it is doing is pushing out and not in and will not allow my lights to change from dim to high and ideas on how to fix it or any pics of the area so i can see what i need to get to fix it
