has anyone upgraded their interior door panel? i really like the look of Trans Am interior door panels. the speaker pods alone are worth a try. question is which year or years are a direct fit or match? 93 thru 97? or will a newer model work as well like 2002 interior panel on to my 1997 ss camaro?

 

The mounting positions are different. An easy way to know that is because on all 4th gen Firebirds, the door panels crack from a faulty mounting design flaw in location. Not so on a camaro. You will have to modify the door panel and door to make it work. There is a cure for the firebird flaw, by relocating the mounting brackets. Look it up on you tube. Good luck. Hope this helps.
