i have been looking for new door panels for my 83' and had not a lot of good luck and was thinking about makeing some of my own.has any one done this and can they tell me how hard it was and needed materals.

cardboard and material u want, maybe some padding of some kind
use the existing as a template and trace it onto the cardboard...cut the cardboard
apply material to the cardboard w/ spray adhesive
