Is there any bulb in doors power switches and if so, how do I replace them, seems to be tricky to get inside from back.

 

The only light in the doors that I know of are behind the door release handle panel and it should also illuminate the power windows switches. Not sure if you can access it by removing just the release panel or if you have to remove the complete door panel.

I've attached a pdf from the 1996 service manual that should give the approximate location of the light and how to get access to it. Hope this helps.
