Default -94 convertible roof alignment issue

I have a roof leak on the passenger side. I removed the weatherstrip + roof rail and noticed that the whole thing is "a bit" misaligned (see photo). Is it just misalignment or is the roof bent somehow? Any idea, how to align it properly? Thanks for help in advance!

Thanks! I found the issue. The rear rectangular metal bar is actually bent downwards for almost an inch... Whatever caused it, have to bend it back
