Check the circuit breaker. I believe the windows have one. Rare for one to go bad, but not impossible. Also, check power at the switch and when activating it

Thank you I have checked power at both switch and fuse/breaker no power at both replaced both and still no power it's really frustrating because there is no A/C so I at least need my windows down to cruise it gets hot in there

If you have no power at either of these fuses in the IP fuse block, chances are there could be a problem with the RAP module if your car is equipped with the RPO KP2 or contacts in the ignition switch. I've attached troubleshooting charts from the 1993 Firebird Service Manual that may help. Pretty sure the diagrams will be the same as the Camaro.

Gonna have to trace wires and find where you're losing power. Also, check cigarette lighter fuse, radio gets power through there.

Sounds like a cracked solder joint in the BCM. My buddies car did this and I just re-soldered the cracked joint in the BCM and it was good to go.

I don't believe the 93-95 models were equipped with a BCM. This function was controlled by the RAP module in 93. A cracked solder joint may still be the problem, but not sure if the module is serviceable. Starting in 1996, the BCM was added and the RAP module was included it.
