Default 1997 rs

Hey guys,
I’m new to the forum and have a question about my 97 RS driver side door. So I bought this RS bout a month ago, when i went and checked it out it was in damn near perfect condition. Got it home and drove it for about a week when I noticed that the driver side door was sagging. So I went to OReilys and got the replacement bushings and pins, got those put in and the door still sagged. As I did more looking at the door I noticed that where the bottom hinge meets the door there is a couple inch crack in it. I was wondering if anyone new a way to fix it as there are no parts around poedonk ND. And don’t have the money to order/buy a new door. If anyone knows of a surefire way to fix this problem please let me know ASAP. Thanks

PS. I will attached a picture later on this morning
