apparently it is a conversion package from an aftermarket dealer. similar to mustangs steeda i guess. you buy the kit and install it yourself.

however without the motor ur just buying a hood and spoiler........ and ultra rare is pretty crappy since its not a factory option, you just buy the kit. my car has z06 wheels on it, which makes my TA ultra rare too

L.G. Motorsports makes some good performance stuff, especially their headers for the Corvette's they're probably the best headers that you can get for a Vette. I would never buy that package though.

 

I would prefer a little more HP for that kind of money. I know they give you all the supporting parts but only 350hp? I don't think I'd do it either.
