I was looking at getting a functional ram air hood before I paint my car in the spring because, I am just not a big fan of the stock hood. I was checking some out here http://www.vfnfiberglass.com/932001camaro.htmand i saw they make a front clip. was just wondering if anyone has ever messed with a front clip on a fourth gen. I was thinking it would make mechanicing a lot easier plus save quite a bit of weight. just curious, thought I'd ask the the rest of you camaro lovers our there.

 

It would look ugly on an otherwise stock car. That is more for drag cars.

 

yeah i was wondering about that. i do like the idea though, my dad's bel air is set up that way and it is so easy to work on that way. but i do really like there ss hood.
