best of luck with the new car search.....I got almost 140k on my Z28 with the LT-1 and 6 speed and she runs smooth as hell, uses no fluids, and still gets 20mpg around town and 30+hwy. Almost the same mileage as a friend's v6.

i wish i could get 20+ mpg.. and everyone talking about paying 3-7k for 4g z28's is depressing, i spent 11k on mine 
but it wasnt stock when i bought it, and its got the 6 speed manual. plus a fresh paint job, which they allowed me to pick the color for.
