Wobbly steering wheel?

I am not sure what more information you are going to get. As stated above there are 4 bolt just under the pivot system that need lock tight and re-torqued. This is a very common issure and not limited to Camaros. I just fixed a buddies 92 Pickup. My camaro does it. I have been meaning to fix it and do a write up, I just always seems to get passed on my todo list by more important things.

I think you got the answer you needed. Only other thing I can come up with, if an easy fix is what you're holding out for, is to prop it up with a 2x4.

"easy fix" is a relative term

you need a steering wheel puller. If you don't have one, rent one. Make sure that it has the plate for removing the retaining ring

disconenct your battery because you have an air bag in the column

you need to remove the steering wheel and the retaining ring/spring because the torx bolts are down inside.

If you are not really a handy person then pay a shop to do it.
