Got a 94 two weeks ago, the wipers were in the off position when I got the car but have failed to ever return to the off / rest position. Anyone have a good way to trouble shoot this issue or know how to fix it? They work fine, delay, washer cycle and all the speeds work fine but they don't go back down to the stops when they are off.

its the circuit board inside the wiper motor.

 

it also could be improperly installed wipers (i did this )


they are on a hex bolt type fixture, its kind of funky and they may feel right but there not

just a suggestion
