Who drag races and what mods do you have to your chassis and engine and what 1/4 times are you running?

 

I do, or did: now its my youngest son (25) who runs it at the track -- he's a much better driver. I've gone through stages with the car. Stock or with only low cost bolt ons and slicks it did high 12s, it did mid 11s with headers, cam, etc., and 125 NOS, but we blew the engine trying a 175 shot. Now it has a 408 cast iron block by HP Engineering, AFR heads, etc.,etc., locker axle, the works, and lots of NOS: licensed and streetable but not really a dialy driver. In the nines with a good aggressive launch.

Have any of you guys used an after market in tank fuel pump? I just took mine out today, what a hassle. Waiting on the granatelli pump to come =)

 

Before I got my catback, being stock, my best was a 14.591 at 97.01mph. I was stupid and left my car on the whole time though, so every time I did a run, my engine temp was hot atabout 210. Plus I was running at 2,500 ft. in elevation at an AZ temp of about90.
