Where can i get the plate that covers the back part of the trunk?

Default Where can i get the plate that covers the back part of the trunk?

Where can i get the little plate/flap that covers the back part of the trunk? What are you doing to hide your sub and amp? i have my amp being repaired right now but its a jackhammer jh1200 any ideas for mounting and how to hide amp and sub? Thanks

p.s. sorry for the mess just took the picture and amp is being repaired. also i never finished the amp mount. what color do you think i should paint the sub box?

Probably look on ebay or one of your local junk yards.

Most of the junkyard cars I've seen still have the panel. So far about 90% have been light gray in color. One was tan. The little plastic spools that fit on the pivot rod ends are often broken or gone. The panel is probably a $5 part around here.

carpet the box and did you use some liquid nail on the inside on all the seams also fill the box with pillow stuffing it will help the bass


edit never mind dont fill the box with the stuffing didnt notice it was ported

did you build the box??? you know the port needs to bee a certain circumference and depth right

ps when you post pics resize them to 640 on the long side

yes i did use liquid nails on inside
yes i built box to recommended specs by manufacturer (pioneer) of sub and the port is right size diameter i still need to cut it shorter though. why should i carpet it? i cant carpet on sides b/c it fits in there snug.

just checkin about the box youd be surprised at the math involved with a port

carpet looks much better than paint unless its a fiberglass box

GM calls it the rear compartment closeout panel.
