Surprisingly enough, yes. FL-321 is the motorcraft number for the 85040 (Carquest/Wix) or 51040 (Wix) or 1040 (Napa/Wix)

I don't know what filter the V8's take.

i know the ac delco filter for an lt1 is PF-454, thats about it lol
