Water temperature?

Default Water temperature?
Hey guys, Stock 97 camaro rs 3.8
What temerature should i stay between, I did a search and got 180 to 220 was normal for Lt1 and Ls1 is mine the same?

Picture related Hottest it got

thats good... assuming your stat is stock temp it opens at 195* so between 180 and 220 is good. also that gauge is pretty inaccurate

I have a stock 96 3.8 with 75000mi and my needle normally stays about 1/4 of the way. It seems to go up close to 210 mostly at lights when the fans turn on.
