i have a 98 z28, what water temp i should be running?

Per factory spec, anywhere from 180 to 220.

its @ 210ish but that just kinda seemed high because thats what i was idling at, but if its the same for everyone else i guess it will be ok.

the factory guage isnt 100% accurate. it reads a lil different than my pilar temp guage which I trust a lil bit more...
