Alright i am glad to say that i do not need to replace my cam as of now. my car was makeing a similar knocking soundin driver side valves, this happend before and it ended up being a broken lifter....i figured it was the same one and i would need a cam, my friend thats a mechanic tookit apartand seen two rockers that were pushed off, he checked the lifters and they were all good.....he put everything back and now its running like it was before.

-Am i all out of my worrys with the cams? and why would the rockers just come off like that?
