I am doing the same thing.. just picked up my 93 V6 for 200 that runs... but here is what I know so far that you will need
Front cross member
Engine
Transmisson
Engine Harness
ECM
Driveshaft
Rear Axle Assembly
some people will tell you springs... but the listing for V8 and V6 springs are the same
Dual Fan setup for the radiator
engine mounts and trans mounts
thats just what I know is off the top of my head... plus ALOT of wrenching and patientce

You can add me to this project direction. I just bought a 94 with the v6. The transplanting motor is the 1975 350 v8 with 350 turbo trans. Fresh back from the machine shop and pushing 400 + horses. I'm going for the sleeper look. Thanks for the info and any additional will be helpful.
I am planning on parting out the items I don't need. So far this includes: 3.4 v6 (106,000),tranny,possibly the ecm and wire harness. The motor going in is carburated, doubt I'll need alot of the other crap.

Yes, it can be done. I did it in my 94 that had a 6 banger in it. Check out BMR Fabrications web site. They will have everything you need to do the swap. Hookers long tube headers for an LT1 will bolt right up aswell.
