After completing my 530 hp 383 build, how should i go about changing the suspension to put the power to the ground?

How will you be using the car? Street? Autocross? Strip? Road Courses? These matter in your selection of suspension, i.e. a dragstrip optimized car will handle very poorly...

I agree with Craby, call Strano and they'll tell you what will be best.

Definitely phone Strano, and I would also look into Strano sways -- for the strip a lot of guys remove the front bar, but for the rear get Strano's *adjustable* rear bar -- that way you can firm it up for launches and bring it back to streetable for handling...

Depending on your rear-end either Koni SAs or DAs -- drag shocks like QA1s will be no fun on the street...
