Does anyone know what the yellows switch under the head light switch is for

That is the hatchback release switch. It only works when the transmission is in Park. It works when the key is out of the ignition (in Park), also.
The lift struts may or may not raise the hatchback when released (unlocked), but once you hit the button, you should be able to lift the hatchback open by hand, without using the key.

 

That’s odd nine is not a button it’s a switch with this symbols.

It is the missile arming system. Pressing 1 time arms the system. Press and hold to fire.
