And, you're gonna swear it is, but the lower pulley is not pressed onto the hub. You can rap it off from the back side using a block of wood and hammer, alternating from side to side. When the rust and crud is cleaned off the mating surfaces of the hub and pulley, the pulley will slide right back on with ease. Also pay attention to the line-up arrow on the hub and line on the pulley.
