Default Trouble starting

Hello all,

I have a 94 Z28 LT1 that I mjust bought. I am having trouble starting it. It has aluminum heads, 1.6 roller rockers, high comp, long tube headers, cold air intake, high performance clutch, MSD wires, 3" true dual exhaust with flowmaster bullet mufflers, dual electric fans, electrick water pump, 6 point roll cage, and vette wheels; just to throw the mods in if it matters.

I just bought it and when I go to start it I have to push or pump the gas pedal while cranking it. If I dont hold or pump the gas it would just crank and crank for awile until it starts.

Please help thanks
